   8 hours at #work today. Shattered. Really must get a pedometer app or something to measure the number of steps I take per hour. Can't begin to imagine a way to measure the number of kilograms I lift/push.

     @tregeagle I tried the 'Pedometer' that was GPLv3-or-later. Based on a 3½ hour shift this afternoon + ~20 min commute each way, it reports 8352 steps and 6.27km. This is based on a 75cm stride length which I rounded down to a nice fraction of a meter from the average for a chap my height (80-something, according to the Internet).
