   @b9ace It's against Twitter's API rules to copy and repost tweets on third party sites. Anyone who does that (especially building up functionality based around it) will undoubtedly lose API access and thus no longer be able to import anyway.

     @b9ace Twitter's widgets won't _copy_ the tweets (though maybe cache). They just embed them on websites (if removed from Twitter, they aren't available anymore). There are strict rules on the _layout_ of an embedded tweet too.
