   @sklaing @rosa Ibuprofen use causes thinning of the blood which can affect delivery of other medications to the body.  This is a common problem with NSAID use with any other medications, not just specific to HRT, but it nonetheless affects people taking hormone treatments.  It can actually make the medications stronger or weaker depending on the specific physiology…

     @sklaing @rosa Its not considered even a moderate risk at OTC dosages, but it nonetheless is a possibility, especially if you take higher dosages of it.  Your doctor can explain better than I - I practiced psych and like to think I know this stuff, but I am *not* a MD.
