@sklaing @rosa Ibuprofen use causes thinning of the blood which can affect delivery of other medications to the body.  This is a common problem with NSAID use with any other medications, not just specific to HRT, but it nonetheless affects people taking hormone treatments.  It can actually make the medications stronger or weaker depending on the specific physiology, so saying its inherently good or bad in this respect is somewhat incorrect, but it can cause problems with the body accepting these treatments.
