   Microsoft Windows exceeded my BS threshold long ago. That's why I don't use it, except perhaps on rare occasions at work. I also no longer support Windows users. I just say something like "I can install a version of Linux, but if you want to carry on with Windows then you're on your own"

     I do the same, except I tell them they can try to call Microsoft for support.
