    My GP is off globetrotting again, so today I consulted a young doctor who sported a shaved head and a beard. I couldn't concentrate on my own trivial maladies because I was fixated on the point where his shaved head stopped and his beard started, wondering how he'd settled on where that point should be. Some people have to carefully consider the optimal length of their inverse sideburns. Fashion is a curious thing.

    Spent a very frustrating few hours with #GNUSocial 2.x. Major undocumented changes. You have to look at git commit messages for clues. There's maybe three people working on it and all discussion appears to be via email (or maybe they share a flat). I got as far as the white screen of death (#PHP syntax errors).     @tregeagle Well, there is that. Also all my computing devices would immediately cease to function if I lost the ability to swear loudly and creatively at them. So on reflection I think instead I might donate my baldness to somebody who has through no fault of their own found themselves too hairy.
