well, if you want to fiddle on a walking app, I can create a repo at https://github.com/Names-Are-Hard-Training-Apps
I don't know when I will have a chance to work on it more. -

https://github.com/aspnet/KestrelHttpServer -- I think. I am not 100% sure. All I know is "kestrel"
The thing about APIs is you don't know what the incoming URI will be, which seems to be counter to what he is trying to do. -

my friend Nik and I have been talking about making a FLOSS training app. There's probably a small market for something like Fitbit or Garmin Connect that is privacy-focused, but my guess is you would need to have connections to "elites". Anyway, we have a GitHub organization, but no code yet. Nik is obsessed with starting a business, but I don't think he's a very good developer… -

Anybody know anything about kestrel? I have a suspicion what this guy is trying to do in ApacheHTTPD cannot be done easily, but he might be able to do it in kestrel (ApacheHTTPD is sitting in front of kestrel) -

in this case...
[root@ip-10-250-75-75 modules]# strings `pwd`/mod_ssl.so | grep "mod_ssl/[0-9]\.[0-9]"
mod_ssl/2.4.37 -

Anybody know why mod_rewrite doesn't have a version # but mod_ssl does? #Apachehttpd -

There were many attractive young ladies at Epic, but I always felt weird about dating people at work. I literally have gone on one date with someone I worked with, ever. Funnily enough, Jacey and I were interview partners at Epic. It was ~2 years later that we went on a single date. -

although, that also depends on how long you've been talking online. I think Monk Turner may have dropped his bag off at my place the first time I met him in person. -

well, it's not like you pick them up at their place for the first date. You meet at a mall or restaurant or movie theater.
If they are able to not be a psycho for that long, then meeting someone at a bar is no less likely to have you end up dead. -

never had AOL, but my wife and I met online. Apparently only 7% of marriages (as of 2015) started this way, which seems low, but I guess a lot of people meet in college.

Pluralsight thinks I know things on K8s. I don't think I know enough to be giving presentations on it, but we'll see how it goes. -

#RUSA waited until June 28 to cancel July. I need to put the Aug 8 ride out of my head until Aug 1, but that is going to be pretty tough. -

this is NOT the talk I was talking about giving.
I am not exactly sure why this has come to me except that it is something that I need to learn, and it is an intro talk. We have #Camel experts on the team (people that have given talks on it at ApacheCon, for example) -
