   I have picked up a cold somehow. I hope that's all it is. Sneezing, runny nose, an occasional cough. Trying to stay in my room and away from mom and sister, just in case. My nephew did say someone at work had COVID-19, which is why he hasn't gone to work this week.

   I did spray all the door handles and light switches with bleach (sodium hypochlorite solution) last night. I'm going to do that daily.
