   I realize people out there in the tubes don't have a full grasp of where I stand in law school, but I'm trying to decide if I should spend a couple hours studying for a midterm or applying for jobs tomorrow.

   I'm leaning toward applying for jobs. Midterm is open book and only worth 15% in an uncurved class. I can not emphasize how important that uncurved bit is.

   I'm reading my UNH personal statement for some reuse for these Google Policy Fellowships and I'm struck both both by some of my overly-elegant phrasing and by how well I have stuck to my guns over the past two years.

    until today, I had not realized (nor contemplated at all) that US Government works were copyrightable in other jurisdictions. I wonder if there are implications for derivative works created in the US.

    I found out this morning that in many states we can have a few as 3 board members. Not in New Hampshire though. I wasn't planning on incorporating here though.

    interestingly, after I made the comment about CRNAs, Wendy was telling me that CRNAs have more say in things in their Shock Trauma unit at Maryland, so apparently it can vary.

    ok, I don't hate puppies. It's an exaggeration, but I do dislike dogs. In fact, I'm not a big fan of animals. I think I'm partially a vegetarian because of a little guilt for the fact that I really do not give a fuck about animals.
