    @marxistvegan @lnxwalt I just realized I had the NEF bylaws draft in a dir you guys couldn't access on GDocs. However, at this point it is literally just a copy and paste of the SFC bylaws, but if you want to poke around and start editing, have at it.

    I think looking over this license is literally the most boring thing I have ever done. At least you can rock out while doing data entry. Here, it's boring, and you have to concentrate.
