    we already watch what officers do as far as their business-related expenses though, so this seems like more a huge mindset shift than anything else.

    I always have been. Actually, I'm wondering if doing away with corporate taxes makes sense. That would leave in place the requirement to capitalize certain personal assets and you'd have to figure out how to deal with officers using corporately held assets.
