   After looking at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1214865&highlight=username+icecast it seems as though perhaps I do not actually need a source username, but rather "source" is *the* username. I realize this is not a !Mint specific question, but that is what I'm using.

    @marxistvegan it's not in the ubuntu repos either. You should be able to get the stock debs from Airtime...or you can compile yourself.
