   well, I guess one thing is worth saying, and that is where things are at right now. I'm trying to figure out if it is worth going forward with NEF. I think it might worth reviving again once I have income. Too much money needed to get anything done.

    no, no. right now we were not trying to limit ourselves to defining things as journalism or education. That may be too broad though. We did discuss how vague "empowerment" could be but decided it could work. I'm now thinking that was a mistake.

    oh, I know, but I still need to write daily articles, look at intern applications (which I am amazed at the response) and edit the lawcast shows. I'm just trying to be realistic so I don't set myself up for further failure.

    the immediate goal is to figure out what can be done in a month, which is not much I don't think. We'll see how the internship thing pans out. That could be a game-changer.

    I totally understand that. I wasn't asking people to give yet though. Anyway, it's been helpful to think about realigning the agenda. I already knew I needed to do that, but now I feel like I have a better idea of the enormity of what needs to be done.
