   I wonder what Obama will do after his second term. He will only be 55. Would he go back to being a Senator, a law professor...maybe SCOTUS? (NOTE: I don't plan on voting for Obama or Romney, but those are the only 2 w/ a shot and well, Romney has dung himself a pretty big whole)

    just to clarify what I mean by "more problematic". I have done all of the Copyright reading for the semester, but am just barely keeping up with patents and I can't say I understand the patent stuff. some of this is because class is at 8am.

    well, if CALI is an accurate predictor (and I looked back at Sales and Property and the larger differentiator is that I did more from Property, not that the scores were on average better) then I have a lot of work to do in the next two weeks preparing for the Evidence midterm.

    I just looked back at some of my CALI scores and while there aren't a ton of them, they do line up interestingly with my grades in the different classes. Something to think about!

    What do you think will be more "important" in the long run: bringing back the Lawcast quickly or working on getting more legal content on TED through TEDxConcord, which doesn't exist yet (please don't sue me TED!)
