@andstatus is the @domain.com part necessary when replying ? I mean could you make it optional ? Because with !gnusocial we doesn't even have to add @user in the answer it's automagically detected. cc @mmn

Just tryin' out #lynx and !gnusocial. A bit tricky with !qvitter enabled, but going to /main/login and making sure qvitter is off will do the trick.
