So #quit.im is a picture upload service like #instagram is based on !gnusocial ... I would recommend to enable/allow #OpenID based logins so everyone can easily login with his/her existing account. Remember if you don't know it, it is your profile's URL. Seems not to work with some forums?! http://forum.simutrans.com/ is a "good" example (not working is not good, I know).

@postblue I guess @mattl and @robmyers are the ones who say what goes and doesn't go. But I would argue that anything !GNUsocial related and Good(tm) is welcome on https://git.gnu.io/

@jcaktiv @mk I mean more integrated into !gnusocial . There is a plugin or there are two, #GNUsocialPhoto and/or #GNUsocialPhotos but last time I tried, they didn't work.

@mk gaa, we need something similar here at !gnusocial and not to depend on centralized services like #instagram, #twitter or #flickr. :-(

@davexunit Good. :) #GIT is very helpful here, just create an empty repository (even somewhere local or on your USB stick) with "git init --bare bla.git" can you can setup it as remote repository and push to it. That is how I do it here with e.g. !gnusocial .

@postblue I fixed this. But you have to make sure #Twidere has a preview of the image you're going to upload. I'm pretty sure that's a bug on their side, because !GNUsocial has nothing to do with it until you press Send (no media is uploaded before that).
