@manuel yo creo que es más "sencillo" y sobretodo mucho más beneficioso que simplemente se desarrolle !gnusocial para que se pueda interactuar entre nodos de forma que yo pueda responder una nota en un nodo que no sea el mío. Es decir, algo así como el botón para seguir a otros usuarios desde el servidor de dicho usuario.

@maiyannah also, if a POST from a foreign domain can automagically subscribe you to someone... Then any visit to any website that happens to know/guess your !GNUsocial domain could autosubscribe you to itself ;)

Assuming you're originally subscribing _from_ your own node. @smj How about a !gsnoobs group, or something similar? I see it serving two purposes:
1.) It can be a place for people to ask "how do I ..." questions about using GNU Social. We can point new users to it.
2.) If it's the first group someone joins, it can act as guide on how to use groups. (Showing that groups exist, how to join them, how to post to them, etc.)
