     Plz fix your !Debian time zone with: dpkg-reconfigure tzdata ⤳AND check your .profile file in your home directory for overriding discrepancy

     The problem occurred after a "dpkg-reconfigure tzdata". But the logrotate maintainer says that the TZ should not change. Bad for travelers.
