     @kesara I would guess it is valid. Unless the site is commercial and they publish NC-marked images. But I am no expert :)

     @inscius problem is they just put there name in credits without doing anything to the img & they ask anybody who use that img include them.

     @kesara I agree. I should state more clearly on each photo page what CC licenses are etc. Now it is just in terms of service page.
