I mostly use olive oil for cooking, as it's the only oil that everyone in the house can agree upon. (For instance, despite all the "coconut oil isn't bad for you, it is actually good", I don't want it in anything I consume.)

If I'm only making something for myself, I'll sometimes use avocado oil or safflower oil or sunflower oil instead.
