    All I can say is that if Biden had been a regular employee and not VP, this would likely have gotten him fired and possibly prosecuted, regardless of intent. Using your government position for personal benefit--or giving the appearance thereof--is illegal.

    Likewise for Trump, staying at his hotels on taxpayers' dime. Only his position keeps him from prosecution.

      That wasn’t stated clearly.
