     I do think it is neat that Emacs is so extensible and that there are extensions to create modes for all sorts of things. There was even an Identica-mode for posting statuses.
     
     I’m not an Emacsian and will likely never be one, but I appreciate the utility people find in it.

     Emacsians probably make good gamers. They memorize sequences of key combinations and enter them rapidly. That’s probably not far off from “Forward-duck-block-block FIREBALL!”.
