The other way is to Debianize the conf file. One can put the site’s config in ./sites-available, then enable the site and restart the web server.
That’s so much better than a giant multi-site config file that I do not understand why Apache, Nginx, Lighttpd, H2O, and other projects haven’t moved to that as their standard.
