     I don't know if you can tell, but that's a tomato hornworm caterpillar, with ants holding its legs. There were also some ants grabbing onto the (other) side of its head. It took them quite a while to wear it down, so it stopped trying to crawl away. Last I saw, it was trying to remove ants by curling and uncurling, then rolling. I think the ants are going to enjoy their meal.
