   Got a message from one of the airlines. My miles won't expire Saturday after all. I have until the end of the year. Now if only the car rental companies and the other airlines would do the same.

     I think one or two hotel chains did this already. The companies that gleefully took back my points / miles will find me "gleefully" avoiding them (when possible). Y'all can shut your doors and sell the CEO's mansion.
