   One of the neighbors is in his backyard having a loud telephone conversation about Jim Morrison and the Doors at Whisky-A-Go-Go in Hollywood.
   
   This is the cranky one that seems pretty right-wing. As you might imagine, my family has nothing to do with him, although he did wave to me once.
