     @guizzy I think arrests would have avoided this. Not that anyone expects the former police officers to be convicted. (But there'll be riots after they're let off, too.)

     @musicman That would make sense. Locals would remember which businesses were hassle-free and non-hostile. Once it turns from a demonstration to a riot, though, no one is safe.
