   Got my new multifocals today. Feeling a bit woozy. First thing I did afterwards was go to KMart. That was a bit trippy.

     Oof. Here's the headache. Have to power through it and wait for neuroplasticity to kick in, apparently. Avoid the temptation to go back to my old glasses. That won't be hard; I was so overdue for an upgrade that they were almost worse than useless anyway.
