   So today I went to five stores, looking for two things: eggs and bathroom tissue (toilet paper). Result: at one store, I was driving into the parking lot as the delivery truck for the egg company was leaving, so I bought eggs. No luck with the other one.

     The daily search for toilet paper is tiring. I feel like I'm unproductive. I really dislike feeling unproductive.

     @simsa03 As part of receiving unemployment benefits, I am required to look for a replacement job, so hopefully, I'd be doing that instead of brooding. :-) But I do see your point.

     @simsa03 I still have a job, but there's been no work for four months. About 1/3 of the technology staff are waiting to be called back to work.
