I made bread yesterday, but I did not follow the breadmaker’s recipe exactly and the crust is really hard. The inside of the bread is almost what I wanted. I should probably take the bus to a mall, so I can check out recipe books at Barnes and Noble. But who knows whether they’re even open? Probably best to wait.
