     "5. HANDS CLEAN AND PROPERLY WASHED; GLOVES USED PROPERLY -- MAJOR"
     and
     "14. FOOD CONTACT SURFACES: CLEAN AND SANITIZED -- MAJOR"
     
     All they got was some stickers to instruct employees how to prevent food-borne illness.
