   When it comes to the last decade or so of Microsoft Office, "f*ck the users" is company policy. I've spent loads of time helping users learn how to do their tasks again after a version upgrade hid or removed functionality.      Oh ... collaboration and groupware. I've really only used Microsoft's and Adobe's products for that (they both stink; I'd love to be a tester of prospective replacements).
