@sean @awg That's exactly right. I see everyone I know needing to make these sorts of changes and I see one person that is actually doing all of them at once. That's going to cause a lot of stress, a lot of self-doubt, a lot of "is it worth it" questions ... but where you were was intolerable and I am glad you've taken action to change it.
