   Back from TG2.
   
   Because yesterday's snow kept some family members from traveling yesterday, we had a second, smaller Thanksgiving today at the same sister's house. I'm not planning on doing another family gathering with my mom and siblings. (It doesn't mean it won't happen, but it is currently not my intention.)

     That sounds like I'm not doing it because of some personal conflict. My intention is not to be on the West Coast by the time this comes around again. (Sure, there are conflicts at every family's gatherings. At ours, the conflicts are minimal and minor.
