   @moonman @xj9 I work for a government agency. I happen to think that the nation would benefit if federal employment was capped at ten years.

     @guizzy @moonman @xj9 TBH, that was one of the reasons for creating the civil service system.
     
     Does anyone think the current bureaucrats are not corrupt? Because if they are corrupt anyway, then the system has failed in that regard.
