Some co-workers kept asking me when my birthday was. I told them I could not tell them because they'd want to buy cake and I would hurt their feelings when I refused to eat any. So one woman brought a huge apple pie about a week after my birthday.

It tasted horrible.

Anyway, I was just thinking of that when "stomach ache" came up ... and I noticed the rhyme with "chocolate cake".
