They'll download and embed the video in an MS Word document, convert it to a PDF file, put it on a thumb drive and give it to somebody who allegedly knows about computers in IT or the library, who will upload it to somewhere else with no stable URL on #Blackboard, or #Sharepoint, or heaven knows what, and then send you some longer instructions. https://xkcd.com/2116/
