   I learn via the splendid biog that @tregeagle lent me (Simpson 2003) that Douglas Adams and John Lloyd wrote two episodes of a kids' animated series called Doctor Snuggles. The name rang a bell, and YouTube duly delivered a Proustian rush of better-than-Cosgrove-Hall animation, combined with Peter Ustinov phoning it in like the pro he was. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BT38rbo5Eg
