     Looks like there was some update in May 2016, but I haven't used Seamonkey+Composer or KompoZer in many years. I mostly create web pages with a text editor or WordPress (where I still format messages with raw HTML+CSS) https://sourceforge.net/projects/kompozer/

     I'm out-of-touch, but back in the day both Seamonkey+Composer and KompoZer had a built-in facility for retrieving and uploading files by FTP.
