The biggest problem is that the servers aren't always maintained by person who are using these servers - otherwise they would know that the servers are failing. @heluecht @thrrgilag @maiyannah I've long suspected the sites are being affected by some resource limiter E14N's hoster has set up. But yes, some sort of monitoring software (or even JPope's old pumpiostatus\.website's hourly pings) could help there.
