awl (awl)'s status on Saturday, 01-Jul-2017 11:36:52 EDT awl Yeah I'm going to stop my intake of caffeine for a couple days. It'll be hard because !coffee is a big ritual but I'm zonked and I don't think it's all for lack of sleep. -
awl (awl)'s status on Saturday, 03-Jun-2017 10:44:52 EDT awl Drinking only !coffee and water loses its health benefits just a little if it's a 1:1 ratio. -
awl (awl)'s status on Monday, 09-Jan-2017 12:22:16 EST awl Hell I like chili powder in !coffee more than I liked butter; at least is evident by my doing the former for longer than the latter. -

awl (awl)'s status on Thursday, 10-Nov-2016 22:19:06 EST awl Chili powder in !coffee is pretty dang good, lovely kick to make it feel warmer and wake you up just a little quicker. -
awl (awl)'s status on Wednesday, 15-Jun-2016 21:18:08 EDT awl My !coffee consumption is mostly for enjoyment in ritual, rather than actual need of caffeine. Although I do get more tired after exertion and have a slight headache if I didn't have a cup in the morning I still don't view it as a necessary thing, just a nice thing. -
