@purplehippo Nah the control electronics should fail way before the backlight, if its a decent monitor (the control electronics are whats sad in mine I think), so its probably got a cheapy China special. -

Then, if you got caught, well, you either fought everyone if you were really good, or ran and hid, and there you go. @gameragodzilla Oh yeah, say what I will about Thief 4, and you KNOW what I think about that game, that engine is probably the closest you're going to get to classic iD quality in a new engine, but at the same time, I think that's part of the problem - they spend so much time working on the engine they had very little time for the actual, you know, game -

@gameragodzilla But you and I both know they were using that casting for Corvo to sell copies. And it probably worked, judging by how many people are bitching it isnt thief. there obviously were a lot of people who bought it thinking it would be, because of that casting choice -
