   @purplehippo Nah the control electronics should fail way before the backlight, if its a decent monitor (the control electronics are whats sad in mine I think), so its probably got a cheapy China special.

     @purplehippo Those ones are the most fun though, expecially if you open them up after and use them with a testing unit like those ones both JW and Big Clive use, to play Resister Roulette with them.
