@takeshitakenji In general you want contacts with the best electrical condutivity. Brass is actually best if you go for "premium" things. Gold is actually better than steel for electrical conductivity, but most metals involved in electronics are. If the contacts are copper, or brass, you might actually be downgrading it with gold, but if they're aluminum or stee… -
