@sklaing I take it from the context but "clocked you" you meant picked up that you were trans but I must confess a gut reaction of "well I'd fucking home the wanker didnt" since "clocking" someone here usually means knocking them out. -

I should have just called into physio today, really. I wasn't in the condition for it. But if I don't get myself going when Im not feeling well I'll just end up permanently stuck in bed. -

@verius @gameragodzilla And lets not forget, with Trump and Brexit we kind of knew these silenced parties supported the vote they did - they were just shamed and silenced. It didn't change their vote though, just changed how they expressed it publicly, if they did at all. (And then cued all the clueless gadabouts going 'oh my god, how didn't we see these people we shouted down into silence voting this way?!?') -

@mcnalu @kevie When I changeover the SSL cipher I'll let you guys know and you can tell me if that helps! Just getting back from physio now. -

@m0n5t3r @kevie @mcnalu SSL test passes though, A- for some not top teir stuff, that I do want to fix, but probably isn't causing the problem. And the cert chain is identical to the one that we had before that did work so I don't think that's it. The only thing that's different about the two servers is the SSL cipher suite so when I get the chance (just getting do… -

@mcnalu @kevie The SSL setup on the new server has caused the mobile clients to act up, I've been trying to find out what exactly is different about it. -

@takeshitakenji They tend to be more powerful in heavy load situations but less quick in single-threaded applications. -

@nerthos They had an attack ad against GamersGate because what GamersGate did was credit you store credit back for the regional difference. "That's not real money!"
And now they do literally the exact same thing. -

@nerthos I've toyed with the idea, but quite honestly, I want as little to do with Eugen as possible and everyone around me knows precisely what I think of Mastodon. -

@nerthos Moreover, despite their DRM promises about games being DRM free, the multiplayer aspect of Master of Orion 4 requires third-party activation. -

@nerthos They've introduced and gone back on regional pricing almost as many times as my wife gets her clothes off around me, despite being so originally advertising against it they hat hit piece ads against GamersGate for it. -

@gameragodzilla "50% DRM free" is how they'd weasel around it and we both know it but its breaking the spirit if not the letter of the promise. I mean that's how I'd characterize the regional pricing thing too. Breaking the spirit if not the letter of their promise. "That's not real money, GOG!" And I mean, as I've said to others elsewhere, I actually give a shi… -

@gameragodzilla Yeah, and I'm not familiar with the method they've protected the executable file but if its not some form of DRM I'm a heterosexual llama named Jim. -

@gameragodzilla A better example is probably Flying Wild Hog. They made a big deal out of trusting the gaming community enough not to DRM Shadow Warrior 2 in their interviews around release. -

@gameragodzilla Whats more the thing is Denuvo cracks have legit lost a fair bit of sales in previous instances of games with Denuvo being cracked, so they're probably concerned they'll lose money on it, so they're trying (probably successfully) to offset that by just removing it. Of course, it wouldn't be a concern if it wasn't in there to begin with.
