@m0n5t3r @kevie @mcnalu SSL test passes though, A- for some not top teir stuff, that I do want to fix, but probably isn't causing the problem.  And the cert chain is identical to the one that we had before that did work so I don't think that's it.

The only thing that's different about the two servers is the SSL cipher suite so when I get the chance (just getting done physio now) I'm going to change it to be consistent with the old server's and hopefully that'll do it.  Otherwise ... I dunno.
