@archaeme I can't say I know it's why but having looked at the code before for fixing oembed/srm (note to self: still need to reapply my fixes to that) it can be very finicky about extensions in a way it really shouldn't be IMO. -

@takeshitakenji @archaeme For me it isn't that it isn't out there - indeed I've had a couple decent blokes on Mastodon I follow - it's that I don't care to spend the time interacting with Mastodon as a whole to find them, because by and large the vast majority of my experience with them was a wave of negativity. -
