   1. You should have v.19.5 installed. If not please update.
   2. "Send" button moved to the Action bar to be consistent with native Android apps e.g. Gmail plus it gives more space for the Message Editor.

   to download the updated avatar is put into a queue and is processed by a background service.
   Please note that commands (requests) in the queue are ordered by priority, and priority of avatar download is lower than of timeline download...

    To be more precise, this means that a code of your Device's language is not among suffixes of "value" folders listed here: https://github.com/andstatus/andstatus/tree/master/app/src/main/res
