    @maiyannah As now you know, why you posted from a wrong account, we could devise some logic to prevent this in the future.
    E.g. I see that AndStatus could scan already loaded part of a conversation and find out that you already took part in this conversation using your another account (and via another GNU Social instance!). And it could show you some large warning on this.
