   @discussthang I'm not sure why you're asking me. But there's a !fedgroups group that might now if there's any "GPS related groups" around!
   I'm mainly using the !mappers group myself, which is intended for !umehack members who do #OpenStreetMap stuff.

    @kzimmermann IRC servers usually have a (relatively low) max limit of concurrent connections from a single IP. Also, it's of course common to block Tor exit nodes from accessing public communications systems.
    
    
    It will depend on the VPN whether it's better or not, since it's pretty common to block IPs by reverse lookup too (such as anyone connecting from something that resolves to *.evilvpn.example)

    @netskaven @moshpirit other than of course timing attacks, such as him reading a relatively unique link on one site in his normal browser and then copying it within a short time period and pasting it in his Tor Browser session.
